Finishing

Various materials and shapes

Laser cutting and engraving

We can cut and engrave up to a size of 1300 x 900 mm using laser technology on materials such as acrylic, wood, plastic, leather, metal, paper and textiles. Ideal for the production of nameplates, gadgets, lettering, promotional gifts or POS materials.

This technology allows us to work quickly and flexibly. The thickness of the laser beam is a fraction of a millimeter, allowing an accurate and narrow cut to be made. The concentrated heat prevents sharp edges with burrs and leaves no material residue. Your product is ready almost immediately and requires almost no post-processing.

The main advantage of this specialized machine is that it offers great freedom of shape. Complex logos, images or impressions are no problem.

Applications of the laser

Lasing can be used for small as well as large designs due to the arrival of newer, modern techniques. For example, consider lasering your company name or logo on the facade. You can also create detailed advertising materials with this technique. The application of course also depends on the material.

Contour finishing and cutting

We can finish various types of materials in different shapes. Our workshop has a modern machine for milling. This allows us to carry out your order quickly and easily. Milling is suitable for facade lettering, but also displays and life size cut-outs. The machine is capable of cutting out the most complicated patterns down to the smallest detail. The design is therefore virtually no longer a limitation.

Another form of finishing is contour cutting. The difference with milling is that the machine follows the shape with a knife when contour cutting. While milling, the machine uses a drill bit, which gives you complete freedom to follow any shape.

Applications of finishing

Thanks to the advent of newer, modern techniques, milling can be used for small as well as large designs. For example, consider milling your company name or logo for a trade fair, but also larger on the facade. You can also create detailed advertising materials with this technique. The application of course also depends on the material. Milling is often used for hard, stiff and/or thick materials. Contour cutting is used for textiles, films, stickers and more. It is ideal for POS items.

Examples of materials

Examples of materials that can be milled.

Dibond

Dibond is a versatile material. It is dimensionally stable and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. This material can be milled after which the panel can be bent. This means there are many possibilities regarding the construction of the design.

Foam board

Foambord is easy to mill into any desired shape. The original material is white, but there are many printing options. The thickness can vary between 5 and 19mm. Consider the use of milled foam board for shop decoration or displays.

Foamed PVC

Foamed PVC is one of the most commonly used plastics. The type of plastic is widely used in the advertising world and for interior applications. An advantage is that it is a very light material.
